You can enter every shop that looks attractive and see the products that are sold by the shop. You can talk to the sales persons there and ask them about the various products. You can compare the prices of the products in different shops who sell the same items. You can choose the shop from where you want to buy certain things.

 

The experience you get at Dubai mall is similar to the experience that you can get at a physical shopping mall. Though it is an online shopping mall, it has the typical characteristics of a physical shopping mall built into the application. You can move around, go forward or backward and sideways as if you are walking in a physical shopping mall. You can even go up and down as you climb from one floor to another. You can start a conversation with the sales persons in a shop, discuss the products, and collect information on their prices. The intention of this site is to provide you a realistic image of the shopping mall without actually having to visit one.

 

The Dubai online mall has been created in the lines of some of the biggest malls in the world. When you enter Dubai mall, a 2-D map greets you. Click on the tabs at the left-hand top of the home page. It will show the three floors that make up the mall. You can see the shops that are there on the ground and the first floor. You can see the office spaces on the business tower. On the left side of the homepage, you can see the list of shops that are present in the mall open to doing business. At the top of the home page below the map, you have four tabs.

 

The second tab shows the features of the mall while the third tab shows all the products that are there for sale in the various shops. The list of shops in the mall is provided by the fourth tab. To go to the shop of your choice, you have to click on the name of the shop on the left-hand side of the Home page. When you click on the name of the shop on the left side of the Homepage you are taken to the main page of the shop.

 

On the main page of each shop, there are four tabs. The first one gives information about the shop and the second one give a list of the products that are available in the shop. The third tab lets you look at the shop from different angles while the fourth tab allows you know whom to contact in the case of difficulties. The top right-hand corner has tabs that can help you chat with the sales persons and lets you send SMS messages also.
