Different Ways Of Listing Information In Yellow Pages UAE

Nowadays, everything is done over the internet. Previously, when you required something, you would look at a directory to see where you could find it. The directories were printed on yellow paper, and hence were known as yellow pages. However, with the advent of new technology, most directories became online. The previous name in the common parlance stuck to it. So now, we have directories which are not printed on yellow pages, but are called so. There is a basic order of listing information in these directories which are highly methodical.
Most of the yellow pages UAE are very general in its scope. Hence, they consist of information such as addresses, websites and links which deal with a large variety of topics, regions, languages and other such details. There are some directories which focus on a particular niche. It concentrates on a restricted region or language. One of these directories is known as a shopping directory. These directories usually provide a complete list of electronic commerce websites. These are great options if you are a regular online shopper, and wish to buy things online but are not aware of where to go to get the best things at the best prices.
The UAE yellow pages on the internet are created by different search engines using techniques which exclude ODP integration and a method known as clustering. It results in much debate over which website is the most reliable. Many more methods have been found to make development of directories easier. Some of these are automated submission of similar links by script, PHP portals and products. Recently, the option of tagging has been added to certain product pages. Any new technological updates are immediately included on the directory so that there is no problem and users need to invest the least effort to use these websites.
In terms of listing, the directories have a number of options. It depends on what you pay for submission. There is an option for free submission. The review and the listing of the website will not cost you any money at all. The reciprocal link option can be used where you need to add a link to the directory page in order to be listed on it. The no reciprocal link option can be used to have a web directory where you can submit all links free of charge and there is no option to add links to the directory on your website.
There is an option for paid submission where you pay one time only. Sometimes, a recurring fee may also be charged for the review or listing of the link which you submit. However, there will be a no follow-up feature attached to the link. Hence, search engines will not give any weight to the link. There is a featured listing where the link will appear at a premium position in any category or section of a directory. It could be the homepage of the directory. It may also be called sponsored listing. Sometimes websites are also ordered based on bids.
